- Tailor made according to production. with baskets from 3 to 8 heights that can accommodate from 200 to 900 pounds each.
- Have streets for the inlet and outlet of the cheeses, with recirculation pump.
- Constant level tank and main filter.
- The baskets are handled by electric hoist, lowering individual or through pneumatic system.
